Today is the big day for incumbent Congressman Tom Perriello.
President Obama is so worried about my being elected to Congress and bringing my common sense, pro-job views to Washington that he is coming right here, to our backyard, to rally support.
Now you know it’s true – this is the most hotly contested congressional race in the nation. Two different polls show the race as either a dead heat or our being ahead of my ultra-liberal opponent.
My opponent, incumbent Democratic Congressman Tom Perriello has supported the Obama/Pelosi agenda from A-to-Z. He enthusiastically voted for the failed trillion dollar so-called stimulus, a government takeover of health care, and a national energy tax. For 18 months our congressman has been in the pocket of Washington’s liberal elites and big labor, now he’s being rewarded for his loyalty.
Now we’ve got him on the ropes and Obama is taking the extraordinary step trying to bail him out.
We’re in a fight. I’m asking you to please make an emergency contribution of $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $500, $1000 or whatever you can afford, to help me get-out-the-vote and to send a message to Obama once and for all.
Time is running out before this election. Please, I urge you to send whatever help you can to help me fully fund my campaign plan.
